buying a piece
prices are in pounds. postage is [free in the uk / £x] and pieces go out within [x] days, packed properly. if you change your mind you have 14 days from delivery to tell me, and 14 more to send it back as it arrived. you get a full refund within 14 days of it reaching me. return postage is on you, unless it turned up damaged, in which case it’s on me. commissioned or personalised pieces can’t be returned once work has started.
your details
this site sets no cookies of its own and keeps no visitor logs. if you buy something, stripe handles the card and sets a cookie to stop fraud (their privacy policy covers that). your name and address are used to send you the piece and for my records, nothing else. write to the email above if you want them deleted.
the contact form on the about page opens your own email app. nothing is stored here.
